Hello there:
This is the very first entry in our new ACE blog. We decided to do this in order to lightly document what goes on in our business, and to a certain extent, our lives. Among other things, this will allow potential customers to get a better idea of who we are, and also allow our extended family of dealers, friends, and existing customers to keep up with what is going on in our world.
Last weekend we had two very successful events, both on Friday the 6th. Oddly, we had nothing on Saturday, but that was good as both events were well out of town and both troups spent most of Saturday on the road coming home. One was a 13 table casino in Hilton Head, and the other was a Derby in Jacksonville.
We were able to use 11 of our dealers in Savannah for the Hilton Head event, thereby only importing five of our core people from Atlanta. Over the years, we have developed a solid group of dealers in Savannah, and that has served us well there. Our customer was a division of Henry Schein, a large pharmaceutical company, and the Derby in Jacksonville was a fundraiser for a private school there. The people doing the fundraiser made a good deal more money than they expected, and were quite pleased. We expect to be invited back to both events next year.
We are on the verge of sending out our new Guitar Hero/Rock Band show now. It is finished and has been tested twice and it's working fine. It's hi-def and looks great!!! We are quite confident this will be a really excellent addition to the family of shows we are able to present. There are other companies out there doing similar stuff, but all who have seen ours say our approach is way better than what they have seen from the competition. They say presentation is everything and we trust they are right.
